Family tree, genealogical research

For more than thirty years, members of our team have been engaged in professional genealogical research of noble and non-noble families in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. We will help you with researching your family history and the compilation of a family tree. As part of all research, a report about the archival research and its results is prepared. You can also request that a family or company chronicle be prepared, or that the results of your genealogical research be transferred to parchment.

What do I need to do?

To begin researching your family, we need the following information:

1. the name of the oldest known ancestor of the family that is the subject of the research
2. the date and place of his or her birth
3. the religion of the oldest known ancestor

After receiving all the background information, we can begin researching your family history.

The average time it takes to prepare a family tree is three to six months. For sooner deadlines, please discuss the matter with us.

The cost of an average genealogical research (approximately to the year 1790) starts at 1200 Euros, depending on how complicated the research is, and how much time it takes in the archives.
